-breathing in yoga it should be subtle. It should be light. 6:43
-exhalation it should be long 6:59
-your breathing should be silent 9:14
-light breathing is the testament of good health 14:40
-hard breathing is not a good sight 14:57

I'm post covid and going on two months recovery, I started Corona virus breathing Exercises two days ago and I went from using my inhaler four times a day to 1 time a day and my fatigue is going away with it. I just need to say thank you.

Interesting and certainly very different what every other yoga class I have ever been to would teach. I am practicing the light breathing during exercise so I will try this too, thank you

I am very surprised you have not done any sort of pod cast with a freediver. For us it's all about breathing and breath holds, using breathing to calm the mind prior to a breath hold to a dive. Here is another interesting fact, have a look at how many freedivers suffer from PTSD or other mental issues and how the power of breathing correctly, meditation and yoga has helped us come back from these dark places. I would love to hear you views on this ;)

Yoga is a religion and so the breath work can't be changed or else your trying to change what it is. OA method should be for making every day living better.
