Jesus, man. Those snatches were ridiculous. That is quite the strength and power for a regular sized dude.

Mav I recently tried tactical snatches and I'm blown away at how easy and clean you make them look. I currently am up to 20kg snatches which I'm pretty happy about but the tactical transition has been testy. And yes I started with lower weights but goddamn those look good. Cheers!

Just watched Gregory podcast with you, decided to check your content. I am shocked, truly shocked after this video. That 68 kg is impressive for sure, especially when starting the goblet squat, 68 kg bell fly on the chest like nothing, serious power here. But these tactical snatches... not seen bunch of these, but here I see the perfection, coordination of the movements, hand insertions in the air, it's so effortless.... it was just beautiful... Will definitely try some of these when will be able to train outside, not a bit too much snow for that :)
Hat of to you, liked, subscribed, and will wait while you will move the world :)

Fake… check out the video from second 24 to 26 and see how he drops the bell to the ground with one hand on how the bell moves on the ground. That’s not how a 68kg feels and behaves, I tried the 60kg and this video seems fake to me, the weight is much lower. You can also see this from the way he holds the big kb during the front squat and how he lowers it to the ground; when you have so much weight in your hands, you hold the hands under the bell as much as possible, not on the sides of the bell like he does it.
