Thank you for this idea! I had recently threw my lower back out, overdoing it with a 75 lb bell, too many sets of 2 handed swings, compromised my form, and irritated an already hurt back. So I took your band idea, dropped the weight to a 50 lb bell, and now I do 10 sets of 10 swings daily, 90 secs rest in between sets. I am definitely sweating and huffing & puffing at the end of those 100 reps, with no soreness in the back! As it gets easier, I’ll increase the thickness of the band. Thanks again!

What kettlebells and resistance bands do you use exactly? What brands, models, and any links for them on Amazon, esp for the training in this video? What are the ones that you use for strength, muscle building, endurance, stamina, hip power, and all the athletic traits for someone that wants to do martial arts? Will the answers be different if it’s someone that’s at square 1 in fitness and hasn’t worked out in years?
