Be patient. Connect to your center. Grow your breath practice. Marry movement to breath, breath to movement. Use this time to connect to your body and your energy. Yoga Camp continues!

What? This practice was insane! Breath, stretch, slow, intense, incredible! Wow. For all of you that just don't know how to stop, breath and slow down. Just do this 30 minute sequence baby! I do weights every day, have 4 kids and practice law! I need to slow down big time ... Adriene you heal me every day:) Namaste girlfriend!

Every single video I have done of your videos is so amazing. I appreciate you making these.

This one really helped calm me. I was thinking of getting on anti anxiety and or depression meds with being bombarded with life happenings all at once here and maybe I can talk to my doctor and tell her I'll just do this breathe with movement instead... I've done this breathe and similar movement but not combined in this way.

I don't know how Adriene does it but it's like every day with this yoga camp she just knows exactly what I need! I'm working through a bit of a head f*ck at the moment and to just focus and breathe and rest my mind this morning what exactly what I needed! As always Adriene, thank you!

Got covid and went back to this video for my breathing exercise. The flow is light and easy. I will do this till i recover and go back again to regular YWA videos.

absolutely love yoga camp! became very disheartened with excersise after suffering from panic attacks but these videos have changed that and I'm loving the challenge!
