Stretch for headaches and migraines from pinched nerve in the neck w/ Dr. Leo Kormanik II

Показать описание
Great stretch for cervicogenic and suboccipital muscle headaches. This area can compress the suboccipital nerves passing out of the top of the neck before they innervate the head. Perform this stretch 3-5x per day for 2-3 minutes at a time. Be sure to stretch both the right and left sides.

This does provide me with relief. I have to do it as the headache/neckache is starting. Before it gets too powerful.

Wow! I had a car accident a few days ago and this exercise finally let me release the tension from the minor whiplash!

Hello, my name is Andrew. I'm a 19 year old college student. I have been battling daily headaches and muscle tension for over a year. I have tried everything from brain scans to allergy testing to chiropractor. I'm currently trying Atlas Orthogonal. I've had maybe 4 adjustments done and haven't received any relief. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions please let me know. Thank you so much.

I have an odd question. I can feel the tension in the neck up into the skull BUT its not creating a headache...instead it feels like scalp soreness in specific spots as if the nerve endings are irritated. The nerve irritation comes and goes...but I also feel that tension into my shoulder down to the shoulder blade. Nothing that I need a pain killer for...but I have had an off and on dizziness that they now feel is due to my neck...Any advice?
