I often have tension triggered headaches and migraines. I know I'm going to visit this video a lot in the future. 
Also I discovered your channel when I was going through my worst upper body pains. I watched your 15 min neck, shoulders, upper back routine so much that I've memorized it now. I love your videos, they feel so welcoming.

I’m a classical flautist currently in a masters program. I’m constantly practicing, rehearsing, performing, etc. It’s a strain on my body, and I’ve been having the worst tension headaches for months along with tightness in the shoulders and hands. This practice was amazing, so much physical and emotional tension released. Thank you so much for this!!

I have chronic cervicogenic headaches due to a back injury several years ago. This practice gives immediate relief. If I wake up in the middle of the night with excruciating headaches and muscle tightness I make myself get out of bed and just sit on the floor by my bed and do this. It is hard to get up, but this definitely makes me feel so much better so I can actually go back to sleep. I also love the one for neck, shoulders and upper back. Any others of this type that you are interested in doing are immensely welcome! I have subscribed to your channel. Thank you so much!

im 33 and had migraine since i was 16. A long and painful journey with self blaming with my own body and pain, learning to self regulate and withdraw the help of pain killers for a few years. And your practices helps me to smooth my pain! : > from the bottom of my heart <3 and shout out to every headache plp out there, hope the pain will vanish as the wind goes : )

This short sequence has been a literal miracle for me! This is my go -to for instant pain and tension relief. I own a cleaning company and my upper body/neck/ head almost always hurts. I love the feeling of euphoria I get from this practice as well. You are a blessing Paula. Thanks so much.
