It made such a difference doing those neck stretches with the towel! I'm in the midst of a flu and my lymph glands are swollen so it's difficult for me to do any traditional neck stretches right now. But the addition of the towel helped prevent straining and pain. Thank you!

This definitely makes a big difference, I’ve had a headache since last night that didn’t really change with neurofen but this has made me feel better. It’s become my go to for headaches, thank you!

Thank you for this practice. I’m having terrible headaches as part of a medication withdrawal. While this practice didn’t cure the headache, it brought some relief. I’m no longer in tears with the pain. I love the towel along the ear. That helped so much. Thank you.
