I just want to thank you all so very much!!! I was suffering with a severe case of lymphedema in both lower legs and feet, my legs were the same size as my thighs all the way to my feet and my feet were so big that I couldn’t wear sneakers!! Well with a huge push from my son (Thank Goodness for him too) I have lost 40lbs of fluid off both legs n feet, n I’m doing these workouts everyday and now I’m starting to loose actual body fat!!! These are the simplest moves but boy do they do a # on me!! They work!!! They really really work!!! So thank you!! Thank you… Thank you!!! 🙌🏽👏🏽🫶🏼
