look into blepharospasms caused by TMJ disorders. Many people are clenching their jaw when they sleep of sleeping in a compromised position that can impact the CN4 nerve and cause eyelid dystonia (blepharospasms). This was ailing me for ~6months and I was misdiagnosed by 3 different doctors. After randomly yawning during a twitching fit, i noticed both that my jaw was sore and that my eyelid stopped twitching immediately. I would open my jaw wide when twitching would occur and it would stop immediately. ChatGPT-ed correlation between jaw pain and blepharospasms and BINGO. Did TMJ physical therapy (found on youtube) and within a few days the twitching decreased in frequency and intensity. 1-week later, and I have no twitching. Figured I'd share in case there's another poor soul with the same issue. Not the end-all solution to blepharospasms, but dang do I wish I found this out sooner!

I just want to tell u that I was suffering from severe eye spasm twitching I was too worried i took out vitamins report and came to know b 12 and d deficiency and started taking leafy vegetables and it's dissolved ....so plz don't think much and don't be nervous just go for this

Not very sophisticated answer at all. By your logic everyone who's sleep deprived and drinks too much caffeine would have tics but that obviously isn't the case.

My twitching is weird
I'm experencing left upperlid twitching. It happens randomly when i am busy or do any work it doesn't happen.when i am sitting free it happen for a sec and then it go then it happen again. it is random happen after some intervals...
