4. Dry and irritated eyes
5. Reduce eye fatigue or eye strain
6. Address eye allergies

I’m an editor and the 20-20-20 rule has been helpful. I also got in my blue light glasses about two weeks ago; the twitching is not nearly as bad! When I try to put on eyeliner, my lid is still “phobic, ” and twitches or jumps at the least bit of contact. Since I use liquid eyeliner, that can result in some very spiky looking mistakes. 😂

Otherwise, the fatigue-induced twitching isn’t an issue anymore! Since my father has ocular myesthenia gravis, my brother and I have always been a little too vigilant and stressed about possible symptoms. Not having an eye twitch grabbing my attention repeatedly through the day has done wonders to reduce my worry.

Hello everyone, I just came back to let everybody that sees this that my left eye twitch went away. Im still drinking around 300mg of caffeine in the morning but have been less stressed. I also put my phone brightness on medium and have the blue light filter on at all times unless outside in daylight. Also I started using eye drops. I think the phone screen and stress is what really makes ur eyes go crazy.
