Or you have benign muscle fasciculations syndrome like me and have 24/7 twitching going on for 6 years now. Twitching throughout the whole body

This is actually quite inaccurate. You shouldnt just ignore it if it continues. Please folks, if it persists go to an opthamologist and or GP. There could be pressure on the nerve/ tumour/ multiple sclerosis etc.
