Suffering from eye twitching in your upper eyelid ? This feels like Extreme Eye Twitching to me when my eye spasms out of control. My left eyelid started doing this random spasm thing since 11th November. My God its annoying you really want to cut your eye out to make it stop, Had this in the past a few times but it only normally lasts for a few hours and stops but this time its pretty much most of the time.
Periods of maybe 20 mins without any then could be doing it every 5 mins. The spasms last for about 5-10 seconds then stops until the next one.
It only affects the left eye and only the upper part of the eye.
You assume that everyone around you can see your eye doing this but they cant unless they are so close they are staring at your eyes when it does it.
It did eventually go away but since then has come back from time to time but only for maybe a few minutes.
Reading up on this the main causes of it are stress and anxiety, tiredness and exhaustion and drinking caffeine or alcohol.
So what you need to do is look at what you are doing wrong that could be causing this. For me it was stress, exhaustion and alcohol so I reduced those.
Of course in these difficult times (2020) stress levels and anxiety are very high which doesn't help at all.
There are a few medical issues that can cause this such as Dystonia or Motor Neurone disease but its very unlikely that these diseases are the cause.
Have YOU had this problem for more than a 10 days? If so what was your cure for it?
This is a bit different to my usual videos lol
