*I read somewhere that dehydration is also a cause. I get enough sleep. Never have caffeine (my body hates it and yes I know it’s in more than coffee or chocolate. Recently, for the past 3 days or so, twitching under my right eye would occur from time to time. I drink a lot of water, I don't drink caffeine at all, but I recently started sleeping around 12am, and would wake up at 8 or 10am. Could lack of sleep be the cause of this twitching?
