I want to say thank you. I started with the wim hof method in November and through that youtube suggested me your chanel and i can say that breathwork healed me, and it still heals me. I'm feeling so much more confident and released from extremely tough experiences out of my childhood, so i don't act through trauma responses anymore but through my true self, and i'm feeling more alligned with my higher self and nature. Finally i can be my true self, and found something which i think i will continue until the end of my life, breathwork. Espicially if you have an active mind it's a great another way to meditate for me, because it's active while you get chills from it. Thanks for your work, i appreciate it so much! Eventhough i don't like social media and all that, i wouldn't know how i would've found these practices without using youtube 🙌😅
