I had a trainer that was helping me build endurance I got to where I could do four sets of around 200 walking lunges. Let's just say backpacking became very very easy

Lunging was used to be my favorite exercise. I was feeling so powerful back then….and without any injury, a few years later…I can’t do them at all even I’m trying to go slow and static, I feel the discomfort quick. Squats are less a problem. 😢

Pls make a video about weak knees :( I feel they are stopping me from becoming active enough. Forward lunges and sometimes squats can hurt at times.

I'm going to combine these with Knees Over Toes Guy's obsession with backwardsness and walk forwards then backwards. It also helps in the limited space I have!

Went from 30 to 60 lunges in a week.

By the way, what shoes are you wearing at 00:12? I’m looking for my second pair of barefoot shoes but Vivos break the bank!

Tendon training is always better than muscle training, it builds resilience and power (explosiveness), rather than durability and strength. You'll thank me when you're old.

I hope this makes sense:
I need to change my leg muscle memory to use the right ones to walk better/run better & without pain to my lower back. I need to move by lifting my legs move. I think that this is the case bc I also have pretty flats buns as a result to the current muscles I’ve always used & when I am mindfully working out to change my walking muscle memory & how my pelvis tilts, I actually feel the burn in my buns. So, what do you recommend?!

How about a calisthenics hack for declaration for the upper body. I want to be able to jump off a wall. So I want sth like reverse training for fast fibres of pecs and front delts
