What's the reasoning behind a snatch and clean? These are two highly specific and technical exercises which would require huge amounts of time to learn proficiently. In that time an athlete could do conditioning, sprints and maybe high pulls if they want to do triple extension which takes like 2 sessions to learn

one leg squatting is going to break individual's leg. It will only do more harm than good. Doing without the weights i totally agreed to it.
