I LOVE garlic! I add 1-2 cloves to my green smoothies. U don’t even taste it w/the ginger, lime or fresh lemon 🍋 plus the banana, 🍌 green 🍏 blueberries, 🫐 cucumbers, 🥒 celery, spinach, kale!! 🥬 It’s very healthy!! Thank you!! 💙

I was on blood pressure medicine and now I’m off due to garlic. I take two cloves in the morning also my heart rate was low and it is normal so what he is saying is absolutely true. Thanks to god

Pass on that Chinese grown garlic, Doc! It’s grown in bad stuff and pretty because it’s bleached. Opt for the ones not so pretty: not white and has roots not cut off. These good ones are grown in California!!

I often order 'Garlic' pizza from my local pizzeria. I always get weird looks when I order a giant pile of roasted garlic on the pie and some red peppers. But it's the best tasting pie they can make! Love it. (At least I'm safe from vampires.)
