My bp used to be 180. When I started blended garlic and ginger my bp went down to 109, 112, 116 or 120 . God is good . All the glory to God almighty who made garlic and other herbs

Our neighbor is 107 years old and she has eaten a clove of garlic everyday for years and years. She still lives at home by the way.

My 92 year old dad has outlived every man in our family tree by almost a decade. Long ago I remember him talking about reading a book about the miraculous health benefits of garlic; he takes a tablespoon of crushed garlic in olive oil every day. He's avoiding the heart issues, and cancer, that's plagued our family. What's interesting is that his diet is far from healthy. I think that speaks to the power of garlic.

My dad was Lebanese Armenian, he ate about 10 cloves of garlic aday. He was at work, we own a restaurant and he had raw garlic about 6 cloves with his lunch. He went in the back of the restaurants and saw a rattle snake. Trying to push it away and got bit. They called 911 and in the ambulance they saw the wound but it wasn't swelling the way that I should. The Paramedics were amazed. They couldn't understand, they saw the puncture wounds but it wasn't swelling it was a rattlesnake that bit him. When he got to the hospital they gave him and medication and cleaned the wound the doctor was so impressed he couldn't believe that the situation could have been so much worse. My dad told the Dr and the medics "It's okay I ate garlic" He said they looked at him like he was crazy. When he came home he believed 100% that the garlic saved his life.

Garlic, onions, and ginger are a basic part of the daily food intake of our family. My Mom had reached more than a hundred years before she passed away, and our eldest sister is more than 90+ now, my brother is 85+ another sister 83+ another brother 78+ Praise and Glory to God Almighty, we don't have any health issues whatsoever. We practice cooking our own food, not using commercial food seasoning, food coloring, or any commercial food additives, and limiting eating in a restaurant. We also avoid eating pork and other Biblical non-healthy food.

I eat 3 cloves of garlic every morning with 100% raw honey with limon - highly recommended- helps with digestion- control appetite- sugar levels and more- no side effects- thank you for the information

Every morning I press 3 cloves in a glass squeeze 2 wedges of lemon add sea salt to help with my fasting fill it with filtered water let sit for 15minutes strain it drink it on an empty stomach. LDL went from 191 to 140 my HDL doubled. I feel incredible look forward to it every morning. No bad breath

Interesting, one of my friends from an East Indian country told me a while back that in her family everyone ate garlic in foods and ate raw garlic, so everyone had garlic breath. It was a common thing so nobody complained.

I've been eating garlic along brown onions, everyday of my life, since I was 5 y.o. I have never ever feel side effects. I'm well over 70's old, feels fit, healthy & strong ! Not worries !
For me, GARLIC & Onions had been my best choices throughout my early years & today !

I eat almost 10 years of garlic …I steam it and eat 2 PCs …breakfast, lunch, and dinner …and thank GOD I am 73 years old no maintenance …thank GOD my BP 118/ 68 ….pulse 68 ….and feel really good…I will never stop take garlic for the rest of my life…….please I don’t like medication ….garlic is my medication …..no heart burn for me talking garlic …I getting strong ….GOD IS SO GOOD ALL THE TIME…garlic is a herbal ….good for the body 🙏❤️

I eat 2 to 4 cloves a day. I am not comparing my body to anyone's body, however I've had zero side effects.

I chop up a clove a day into tiny pieces, let it sit for 10 min then a swallow it like a pill with a honey. No chewing it, no bad breath, haven’t had issues with smelling like garlic. No stomach issues. So good.

I need to look into your black garlic and try that too.
