Hey hey, sharing some info and lessons from my first 4 weeks of the fast 800 Diet.

My results were:
187.8lbs / 85.2kg Starting weight
180.3lbs / 81.8kg week 1
175.7lbs / 79.7kg week 2
171.5lbs / 77.8kg week 3
168.6lbs / 76.5kg week 4

Lost 10kg in 2 months and its the easiest diet ever once I passed the 1st week.. .. Took a break for a 2 weeks holiday put up 2kg and restarting tomorrow and I'm excited for more loss results..

I lost 10lbs in a week and a half on fast 800. Lots of boiled eggs.. I really needed something with faster results like this to stay motivated..

Congratulations on 9kg in 4 wks, well done. Have just started the 12 wk rapid weightloss program from the Fast 800 book. 1.5kg already so feeling motivated. Hunger not too bad, cravings have subsided, feel great. I need to do this for health, about 35kg to shed so wish me luck. Am doing TRE 16:8 and like you, coffee with dash milk at 11 then have dinner by 6 and fast till next day, plenty of water

I just started about 5 days ago and it has been pretty easy for me so far. I was worried because I heard the first week is always the hardest but it has given me even more motivation that it won’t be that bad. Every morning I wake up around 11:00 (yes I know it’s late but it helps) and either have oatmeal or a yogurt for breakfast around 11-12. Both of those options are around 150 cals each for me. I then eat lunch around 3 which consists of half a turkey sandwich (150 cals). By the time I eat dinner anytime between 6-8, I have only consumed about 300 calories leaving me 500 cals for dinner. I do not have the same dinner every night but I do my research before to see how much I am allowed to eat of it. I usually go to bed around 2 in the morning and by then I am usually hungry but it would be better if I went to bed at a reasonable time. Before I started I consistently weighed 136.5 to 138.5.
As of yesterday afternoon I weighed 134.5 pounds so in 4 days I lost 2-3 pounds already. I am planning on doing this diet for 1-2 months and hope to lose 20 pounds.

I'm starting the Fast 800 tomorrow and started browsing YouTube for inspiration. Enjoyed listening to your 4 week journey so far. Well done on the 9 kilos. Hope some of that success rubs off on me too so I can get off the yo-yo treadmill. Thank you for sharing your experience.

Starting today!! Will be doing this without a scale. For me, it’s all about how I look and feel, not what’s on a scale. 800 cals a day. For the exercising aspect, i will be dancing, since dancing is a daily thing for me. I will update every week on how I feel like.

Impressive results!

But I wouldn't skimp on the protein during the weight loss phase - the high levels are designed to reduce muscle loss, which is very important for your ongoing health. Once you're in maintenance you could move to a more genuine Med diet if you find it satisfies you, but not at this stage.

And people REALLY shouldn't worry about weight fluctuations - especially as a women because hormonal changes can make a significant difference day to day. Just look for the overall trend.

I'm going to do this but sticking to carnivore with 70% of the calories coming from fat and 30% protein. Plus I'll be doing intermittent fasting as I believe every time you consume food you naturally get an insulin spike which in turn makes you hungry. I think not eating breakfast or lunch is actually easier, plus fasting causes Autophagy which is a way for your body to tear down and rebuild itself.

I did 1000 cal diet back when I had to lose weight for basic training, and it took me 8 months to lose 30 lbs. I can’t wait to see how much faster this one is!

Congratulations on your weight loss journey so far. You did great with your first video. I am looking at starting in a couple of weeks when home from holidays just was wondering do you do fasting along with the 800cal, e.g.. eat only between certain hours? I am going to get a copy of the book before i start. Was just not sure about the fasting.

Hey beautiful thank you so much for this!!!! I lost 66lbs a few years ago and have put on 40lbs of it. We’re on our 3rd week of lockdown in the Uk and I’ve had no luck In getting my weight down. I woke determined to do better and came across your video. I’m currently on day 1 thank you so much I will check in with you soon. I did this a few years ago and lost 150 pounds in 6 months. I was never hungry. I didn’t know about the book, but used the calorie -weight loss counter.
