The reason anyone quits is thinking it’s only for weight loss in the first place. They need to change their lifestyle and realise what the word diet actually means. So many people also think that high carb diets are healthy because they’re marketed as such.

I've been doing the "eat whatever I want during the eating window" and it isn't working. Time to get serious about the nutrition part of it!

Also the “not losing weight” doesn’t always mean that you’re not actually losing fat, you’re getting healthy from the inside and most likely losing fat around the organ. Keep going and stay patient, we’ll l get there 😍💪🏼

I used to eat a lot when I started intermediate fasting, and have been slowly cutting back as much as I can.

I have completely plateaued with weight loss. I track my macros daily, keep my net carbs low and protein is on track. Unfortunately I believe since I am a FT student/work PT/FT mom ... I get no sleep. The fact I feel better and I’m eating healthy and not gaining wait I keep going. I’m hoping after I graduate in two weeks I can up my exercise and sleep and things will improve.

The only time I ever got hungry is when I upped my strength training and I upped my protein needs by going from a 2 meal to a 3 meal structure and problem went away immediately!

If we work 8 hours a day, how do you only eat within an 8 hour window unless you work from home or skip breakfast? You eat before work, lunch, then after work, no? If you work from home you can eat breakfast after you start working, then eat dinner right after work.

I was doing so well with IF and lost weight but then was having "episodes" about an hour or two after eating. I was diagnosed with reactive hypoglycemia. It's so disheartening but I'm slowly learning to eat five times a day even when I'm not hungry. It sucks and I sure miss IF!

Is it possible to gain weight during intermittent fasting as a goal? I've always been underweight, but I love the structure that intermittent fasting as provided for me in terms of food and how often to eat. I'm not starving myself, just "eat when hungry, don't eat when not hungry" approach.

I saw people breaking their fast with corn cereals:D and then they are saying it is too hard, not worthy etc. I thing they misses the logic behind IF itself. For my experience; I never thought of staying hungry that long in my entire life. I was usually eatingsth every 2 hours. Because I constantly crave some food. After I start IF cravings were gone. Now I don’t even think of food. It is seriously a miracle for me:)

its not really hunger, its the wanting to taste that yummy sugar that messes things up. Do you have any thoughts on why when alcoholics quit drinking booze, they often start eating tons of sugar

Great video. Can you do a video on what we need to eat when we are ready to break the fast and what to stay away from. I’ve been doing intermittent fasting for about a month and not really seeing any weight loss and I think it is because of what I am eating during my break. I try to eat protein vegetable and stay away from processed and sugar but I’m just not seeing the results

Hey autumn question can I eat my first meal at 9am and my second meal at 1:00 and then fast till 9am the next day I feel like this works best for me do you think I would get good results from this approach
