Tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in water with lemon and salt lowers your blood sugar before a meal. Boiled pasture raised eggs with every meal was also a game changer. Helped me. 😬

I agree with breaking your fast with protein and fat. In other videos you recommend breaking a fast with your fat burning smoothing. Well I used everything you recommended except the banana and it kicked me out of ketosis for a day or two :(

I’ve been intermittent fasting consistently for a over a year now in the last 4 months I haven’t lost any pounds. I fast 18 hrs, walk 10, 000 steps, eat under deficit, track calories, lift weights, always start off with protein shake and eat healthy 90 percent of the time. It is been a little frustrating, some people are telling me it’s because I’m building muscle but I feel like I’m plateauing I dropped about 60 pounds over the past couple years and thought I was on track to get to my goal weight but the scale just stopped moving.

In the past 4 years or so I lost 20 kgs for the first time in entire life from 95 kg to 75 kg with JUST walking !...

Now I got those 20kg back and just walking doesn't work so I decided to work out o. Treadmill and the cycle while increasing my heart rate from 140-160 (I am 35 yo) I also exercise while fasting for at least 16 hours but 0 grams lose and sometimes weight is gained 😢 (I use smart scale) plz help why I no longer lose fat with just walking! And y am no longer losing weight at all !...

I've done I.f for nearly six months..nothing not even inches..only saggy skin..I'm 64 in August tried this and nothing..done the lemon..acv..ate protein..cut back on sugar..I walk 50mins five days a week..just giving up now..16/8 I tried.

Thank you for this!!! I love your videos!! I’m learning so much. I’m confident I’m not getting enough protein even though I’m actually eating more than I use to. I also put my whey protein in my yogurt. I struggle with having enough lean proteins on hand. We are a family of four that has to live on a budget. Any tips on how to do this in an affordable way?

I’m post menopausal and have been intermittent fasting for over 6+ yrs. I lost weight in the beginning(I only had a few pounds to lose) but it gradually stalled. I’m sure I’m not getting enough protein, my weight has shifted and I’ve lost muscle mass. I am a pretty picky eater so it’s tough!! Any advice for me?

Thanks as always for your advice. When you say 10g of protein etc. does that mean cooked weight? Also, you talk about pasta in another video as being not so good for weight loss etc. does that mean lentil, chickpea and other non wheat pastas? Sorry if these are silly questions, I just wanted to clarify. Thanks again and I look forward to watching more of your videos.
