Make your own organic sauerkraut
Red or green cabbage
Slice cabbage, put in large bowl
Add Tablespoon of real salt for 4 lb cabbage
With clean hands squeeze the salted cabbage and the water
from the cabbage will collect in the bottom of the bowl
After you have about two inches of water
Place in clean glass jar cover with cap and submerge with
Cabbage liquid
And let ferment on countertop depending how you like it, two weeks or more
Once fermented can put in refrigerator
Enjoy
Really is great for gut
Fixed mine have a tablespoon everyday
Be sure to untwist cap to release gas while fermenting on counter.

Since leaving ur job u have become so well informed and have kindly educated me so throughly in reading labels and paying attention to oils and healthy ingredients etc .. vs unhealthy foods and what to buy organic and why! It’s been fantastic to have such a transformative lifestyle now ! I owe u a big huge thanks Bobby! Keep up the fabulous job u and while crew are doing . ( ps. I love putting Chia seeds in my smoothies. Just make sure you blend smoothie before you at the Chia seeds. Also, I love a Portabella Reuben sandwich with sauerkraut and rye bread.

Fun fact, in Russia "Sauerkraut (квашеная капуста)" and "Kefir (Кефир)" are basic products which we eat almost every day. Especially sauerkraut in cold season (6 months), it has not just "good bacterias" but also reach in vitamin C and minerals (iron, natrium). Those products are super cheap, anyone can afford it.

I never gave any thought about heating up my sauerkraut!!! You are right, I am counter acting the reason for eating it in the first place! Thanks for the tip 😊

I love chia seeds! I eat it like cereal with plant based milk, honey, blueberries & bananas so good!

That store bought kefir is alnost always pasteurized and even if not is made with just a very mild bacteria culture. It's best to just make your own and it's incredibly easy.

This needs to become common knowledge, imagine if EVERYONE knew this information, hospitals would not be under so much pressure especially NHS in the UK and reliance on harsh medications that do so harm harm and only enough good to keep you alive would die down!

I am from Ukraine and I grew up eating sauerkraut and drinking kefir! If you read the story on that kefir bottle it is saying that he came to US from Kyiv
