Remember - nuts are rich in calories - so moderation is key - I use around 12-15 nuts altogether for this drink.

We eat soaked almonds every morning to sharpen our memory and then forget to soak almonds at NIGHT.

I am drinking this every day morning for past 4 months.

1. No periods cramps

Plz discard the water after soaking and use fresh water to blend the nuts and seeds contain antinutrients, to increase the bioavailability of micronutrients in nuts and seeds soak them overnight and discard the water use fresh water to blend

Soak the almond and walnut in a separate bowl and throw the water, then peel the almond skin and then use.

I just want to share this with all of you and I stand by this.
What's supposed to be eaten should not be drunk.
These smoothies actually don't digest and bloat your tummy tummy tum tum

Yes Doctor...I agree that these ingredients will definitely help in improving health, but I recommend everyone(including DrPal)to eat by chewing instead of drinking because our salivary enzymes will help much to dig out the nutrients hidden in the nuts, hence better absorption is made.

I do this every day. Can avoid milk Almond in the bowl will
Make it milky. Also add a banana and replace it for breakfast. So filling

Pal Anna one suggestion, soak chia, flex, dates, pumpkin seeds together but soak nuts like almonds, walnuts separately and throw water and peel of almond skin before you run smoothie. I add a spoon full of oats, small piece of avocado/ banana and sometimes two spoons plain ragi malt to this smoothie.

This recipe is so much popular in Tamilnadu, which is been popularized by Dr.Sharmika, who is a sidha doctor .
And also i would say that she is the female version of you ( Dr.Pal ) as she influence more about good habits and eating good food in life ❤❤❤...

Love the idea of using the spice dabba as a fat/fiber dabba by keeping nuts and seeds easily accessible!

Great smoothie. If I can suggest something. According to Ayurveda, we cannot mix Banana and Milk in any meal. It is a big no no.. Also soaked almonds, it's good to peal the skin off.

My mom gives similar mixer of soaked dry fruits of almonds(3), walnuts(2), pistachio(3), raisins(3), fig(2) and fresh cashew nuts(2) 👍 To make it sweet she adds few dates(3). I have it as the first thing in morning after having good amount of water. It tastes wow and awesome to start my day with 😊❤🎉

I have it spoon by spoon and slowly making sure it mixes well in mouth with saliva. I get atleast one burp which makes me happy that it's getting digested well in my stomach 🤩✌️
