wohoo day 3 done only 12 minutes but got me feeling like I'm losing weight, dying from pain, and motivated all at once

I have also maintained a balanced diet of 1200 calories per day and 8glasses of water.

Today was my 3rd day on your workout program, its becoming easier for me so I am happy. Sometimes I have to modify the movement or I do less than you but I am pushing through. Hopefully in time I will improve and do them just like you and the same amount as you.

done day #3 but i wanna ask something please i'm 164cm and 52 kg i mean i don't need to lose wieght i just like to practice sports and have a healthy day so does that program fit me

I did the 1st and 2nd workout routine and took a 2 day break due to tight schedule. I was continuing today but halfway through this one i had a strong headache on the back of my head. It was very strong at the beginning, now its been 5mins or so its fading but still aching. I guess I shouldn't be doing this one :/

Day 1 it took 30 min
Day 2 it took 20 min
Day 3 it took 15 min
Means i am improving day by day

To my surprise, this was relatively easier then I expected. I guess my muscle memories are kicking in.

Day 3.
This has been a a great workout, not going to say it was easy considering I’m sore AF but I pushed through it. I’m going to do the next one only because I have a 30 minutes workout routine. Good luck to you all.
