2. Follow cicardian cycle
3. Exercise in mrng, sleep at night
4. Good food - high fiber
5. Avoid sugar

7. Saturated fats - which gets converted to Testosterone
8. Eat veggies
9. Growth hormone - increases by heavy lifting and hearbeat exercise n sports
10. Cold water showers

Dr Taneja’s other qualities and qualifications are also worth noting. He is an outstanding surgeon for prostrate bladder malignancies and also a fine and one of the best robotic surgeons in the country. So while this talk is knowledgeable and informative in one field but his other qualifications make him a world class urologist.
