Start at a moderate pace to maintain your heart rate around 130 bpm.

It is correct that weight training burns less calories, but one more thing is weight training will also burn calories even after ur workouts ... Thats the easiest way of weight training. and low cardio vascular activites are good but, but only cardio will lead to loose skin Which will look like a blanket .
