I'm only 14, and I couldn't quite finish. I had to take about a one minute break. I was working out consistently in the summer using your videos, but once school started up, it's been difficult to keep up. I'm following this month's #MOVEmber calendar, and I'm excited to get back into shape! Whenever I'm working out, I always remember this quote: "I will hold myself to a standard of grace, not perfection." I haven't worked out in a while, so I'm giving myself some grace. I will train like a beast and look like a beauty. Thank you for helping me begin this journey, Cassey! 💕

Almost completed this video without stopping! Took about a 1 minute break after the burpees. The hip twist after I completed in plank! FIRST TIME I'VE EVER DONE THAT! So Proud! :))

Everyone that's following the calendar, DO NOT STOP! I've been following for about two months and haven't worked out for a week do to stress and being busy and now I feel like I'm back at Day 1! Do not stop!

Who else needs to take a breath (physically and MENTALLY) before attacking the reptile jumps?
Btw it's official. I hate reptile jumps more than burpees!

I did a few of your vids just now and was scrolling through them to decide which one I was gonna do last, and I saw this and I was like ''Neh, not this one'' and I scrolled furthur, but then I STOPPED AND I TOLD MYSELF ''YOU KNOW WHAT, I AM GOING TO DO THIS ONE! I CAN DO THIS'' I still haven't pressed play cause I'm too scared though lol

This one is always challenging for me, but with good reason! It has split squat jumps, burpees and reptile jumps all in one video!

Dear Grass, this was not at all easy. The cardio here is intense! Once second my abs are burning, the next my thighs are quavering. But for every second, my heartbeat was through the roof!

Today I did this without any breaks. Today I have realized just how far I have come. Thank you Cassey for inspiring me and motivating me even when I wanted to quit. I love you and this beautiful community I have become a part of over the last 7 months.

"Ok, I'm gonna go through all these exercises and I'm gonna smashed it."
"...including your favourites, burpees..."
"Whaaaat? No, let's go. I can do this."
"Let's start with jumping jacks."
"AGAIN?! DO YOU REALIZE THAT IN THE LAST VIDEO WE DID THOSE TWICE AND WE ENDED WITH THOSE?! I CAN'T. I 😭😭😭😭😭"

First move and I'm dead. And that's me yelling at my screen.

I don't know if it's the extra 5 seconds compared to most of Cassey's HIIT routines or just the combo of moves or both but this SLAYS ME EVERYTIME

Omg I just finished all five cardio videos for today! August 14, 2018:) IM SO HAPPY! I’ve always sucked at cardio and I never thought I’d do all five videos but I made a vow this morning that I would finish them in one go! And I did, to the best of my ability:) the first two I went hard, and the next two, I did it as best as I could but I felt like I was sleepwalking, still I was determined to finish them! And I just finished this video, the last one, and I did my very best even though I used modifications I’m so happy! I can feel myself getting stronger thank you Cassey!

i've only been doing this for a week and i already feel so much stronger!

Oh my god. I was NOT feeling cardio today but I pushed through. I did two beginner modifications but whatever- I did it. I did it. I did it. I did it all.
