It was over before I knew it! And by the way, I'm 71 years old, have been doing Lucy's workouts for the last two months. Don't know about inches, but my body has changed and I have a ton of energy. Great, loved it.

I started three weeks ago doing 7min workouts for 1 week. Week two doing 2 x 7min workouts and last week doing 1 x 15 min workout. Along side that eating healthy and minimising snacks. I have lost 4lbs and 4 inches off my waist. I’m so pleased and the workouts are great as I have a sore back and they do not aggravate it. My back is getting stronger and I can see progress. Thank you Lucy for these workouts.

I love when you include warm-ups and cool downs. It keeps me from having to switch between so many videos. It’s just all right there and so much easier and I’m so much more likely to actually work out. Please keep doing that. Thanks so much for all you do!

I did this one Monday and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE high intensity, low impact !! You are the ONLY one I’ve seen do so many of these . I had given up when I could no longer do high impact, until I found you in 2020 during the pandemic . You have truly helped me not only physically but mentally ! I can’t explain how bad I can feel some days and then I just MAKE myself go do at least one of your videos and it’s like a miracle how much better my mind frame is afterwards! I hope you know how important you are to so many people ! Especially to me ❤️ Thank you from the bottom of my heart !

Did the workout this morning. Love it. Please keep adding the warn up and cool down. Makes it so much easier in the morning when it all right there. This is my 2nd favorite workout right now. The 15 min one from last week is still my favorite.
