Today we have a 10-minute full body workout for kids!!
Your kids can stay physically active even at home! With this quick workout they will move their whole body to stay healthy and to build stronger muscles. The routine begins with some stretching movements to warm-up the muscles. The first set features single muscle exercises to work out the major muscles and the second set has exercises that aim both the major and minor muscles, followed by some abdominal exercises on the mat. I'm sure your kids will have a lot of fun while exercising!
