I have a stretch that's a foundation of my triad of yoga sessions as well as my shoulder bulletproofing one. I think you could call it the evil twin of your first stretch. 1) Stand tall. 2) Put your extended arms behind your back. 3) Lace your fingers and bring the heels of your palms together. 4) Arch your chest, pulling your shoulders back and look to the sky. 5) Hold. (I usually hold for two minutes, minimum.) This is, by far, my favourite upper-body stretch. A great stress-reliever. P.S. I love, love, love your content.

Thank you! I have been dealing with shoulder problems for a while now. I did these stretches yesterday! I was able to do an upper body workout yesterday.
