I think it's great to do workouts for beginners . A lot of people can't do those hard and long exercise routines. And sometimes there are mature people wanting to start but just can't do it. Please do more for beginners. Thank you!!

Jo, thank you. I’ve been plagued by injuries this year, and had very little chance to do any form of fitness. This workout is ideal as a re-starter, and I’ve done it twice now with no adverse effects. I’m going to carry on with this for at least a month or two, before moving on to the 20 minute session you do in front o f the caravan in the desert!

It’s Monday so I did this one again. My heartbeat is raised and I’m a bit sweaty having done 40/20, next time I need to do squat jumps. Thanks so much Joe x

I’ve just done this one as I was completing one of the 7 days of sweat again. It may say beginners but I did 40/20 and stepped up some of the moves. I’m very sweaty now! Thanks so much Joe x
