Chris Williamson is the king of all UK Gym Bros, the Pinnacle and final evolution.

From standing outside of nightclubs, to Love Island, to philanthropist, he is now the final UK Gym Bro Boss. Kudos

Less stress and proper sleep must be one of the realest answers to that question.

Taking podcasts to the next level with this cinematography! Amazing set. And the 2.40:1 aspect ratio looks awesome as well. Congrats on another very interesting podcast!

*Very solid* advice here by Attia. Too many men trying to treat numbers, thinking higher is better. You treat symptoms.

Hypogonadism is a common disorder in men over 60, and is a type of secondary male hypogonadism (LOH) that results from normal aging. As men age, their hypothalamic-pituitary function and Leydig cell function deteriorate, which can decrease testosterone and sperm production. In fact, more than 60% of men over 65 have free testosterone levels below the normal range for men aged 30 to 35, and 50% of men over 80 have total testosterone levels below normal.

Doesn’t caffeine increase cortisol for hours after you drink it? I feel much better after quitting.

You mixed up no-fap and semen retention.

No-fap is about not masturbating and even more so about not using porn. The goal is usually for a healthy sexual life with a partner.
semen retention is about not orgasming, not even with a partner.

I'm 48 and was hypogonadal. Now I'm at 586 ng/DL. This book offers insight to things others don't mention. Complete Guide to Testosterone by James Francis

Sugar and high insulin kills testosterone. And alcohol. But I agree sleep is number one and also stress reduction. Also I notice a huge dip in my levels if I eat too much rubbish. But if I take vitamin D3 and k2, magnesium glycinate and zinc, and eat more fat I feel much better

Anytime I go on vacation, I also set PR’s at the gym. The combination of reduced stress and increased sleep is like taking PED’s for me.

I’m 32
274lbs
just about 2 months ago started on keto and dropped around 10lbs and have been lifting and running. I can tell my body composition has changed just based on body weight exercise improvements. However the quality of workout seems to be more and more of a struggle to attain as compared to when I was in my 20s.
At the risk of sounding like the “back in high school guy” I used to be able to attack 4 mile runs and lift and swim with out having some extraordinary long warm up process. Now not so much, but maybe that’s just with age and the sedentary lifestyle I had just recently led. However I have noticed a massive decrease in strength and muscle mass. It’s become a lot longer of a process to stack muscle on than it ever has before. (That was always relatively easy for me) then I started having really low energy output regardless of how clean I was eating or how much sleep I was getting.
I figured I should get my Total T levels checked and sure enough 270ng/dL
I was shocked…because my sex drive has been fine. So I’m going to start the 400mg of Tongkat Ali and 600mg of fidogia agrestis and check the T levels in 3 months.
Hopefully the combination of weight loss from exercise and these supplements will get my endocrine system the kick it needs. Then I’ll see what happens to the T levels when I don’t take them.
