A juicy 20 minutes focused on your upper body. Enjoy this combination of exercises I've put together to focus on your arms, back, core, shoulders, posture and upper body strength. You'll work through a variety of strengthening body weight exercises inspired by Pilates and then end with a lovely stretch for the shoulders and back.

Just finished this amazing workout. It was so good for my body. I discovered your channel back in March and let me tell you, it has helped me understand how Pilates helps the body. Hi Lottie,

I've been practicing your pilates workouts for about 2 weeks now (haven't done everything yet off course), and I'm really enjoying them. I love your voice and the peace you bring! During these difficult times with Covid it is quit hard for me to find rest and peace within myself. My back isn't strong anymore after being sick for 7 years. I hope your exercises will help me with it, and with finding peace. But I'm sure they will do ;)

I've just done this routine for the first time and it was definitely hard work, but massively rewarding. (Those one leg press-ups!Wow 😆)

What an excellent workout! 🤩 I had been looking for a Pilates workout that strengthens and stabilizes the core including the back (and possibly the shoulders and arms too). I found all of this in this impressive workout. Felt so systematically stabilized all around during and after this workout and I feel like I could see a difference the following day already. Some of these moves were new for me and therefore fun to try out. I'll definitely include this in my regular workout routine, as well as other workouts from this channel. 👍 Amazing, impressive work, Lottie! 🙂

Lottie you are a joy. Thank you for doing these beautiful pilates routines. I've been doing them nearly daily for about a month now and I was always someone who wouldn't stick to exercise for longer than a week. When I started I couldn't do a single press up and yesterday I managed to keep up with the press up sequence in the High-Intensity routine! Felt so proud :D Looking forward to upcoming routines. My shoulders and back are aching bcs of working in front of computer all day long. This exercise really challenges, stretches, and heals my back & shoulder stiffness. This one is really my favorite!
