Welcome to version 2 of the best stretching routine you can do after exercising! We hold every stretch for 25 seconds and have a 5 second period to move into the next stretch. I recommend you do this 3 or 4 times a week after you finish exercising. Doing this will reduce soreness, increase range of motion, and reduce potential for injury.
