Welcome to version 2 of the best stretching routine you can do after exercising! We hold every stretch for 25 seconds and have a 5 second period to move into the next stretch. I recommend you do this 3 or 4 times a week after you finish exercising. Doing this will reduce soreness, increase range of motion, and reduce potential for injury. I practice soccer/football 3-4 hours a day and this helps so much with removing soreness in my legs

Feels good. Got so much sweat after doing this static stretching, just finished two games of basketball for so long. Hopefully it lessens muscle pain when I wake up tomorrow.

Found this one a few weeks after I found the original, this one is a lot better! I’m trying to get in the habit of doing this daily regardless if I exercise.
