This must be a little bit different than grey rock. With grey rock you completely shutdown and it's still a reaction. With this it's like your living your life not reacting to the narcissists blunders. 🙂

I have as of this week, identified my 3rd husband as a narcissist and have to humbly admit that I have become co-dependent. We have been together 10 years. I need him to leave me at this point once and for all. I thought he was supporting me by giving me space to heal from my past and find myself. I joined NARP 10 days ago and am just today embarking upon this journey of breaking the cycle of trauma bonded relationships and stepping into my power to create a beautiful soul and spirit based extraordinary life that I know I was born to live. I will be 60 this year. When I look back, I see now that my entire life has been surrounded by them from parents, grandparents, sibling and all 3 husbands. The hope that I can reverse the damage of all the trauma and abuse and also my co-dependency will be the fuel that drives me towards accomplishing the program. Also, to go on and support and bring to light Melanies brave warrior recovery program to so many other suffering souls that aren't even aware that they've fallen victim to this most deceitful of deceivers and pass the torch of victory from them.

I own my place, looks like I have her for another 12 months !
Absolutely bizarre ! . . . if she has really devalued and discarded me, why is she hanging around ?? - try explaining that one !

I no contact and grey rock her the best I can.
I have a feeling our relationship isn't over yet.
