Mindfulness Meditation For Sleep - The Raisin Method

The raisin method is probably the first technique that most newcomers to mindfulness will learn.
It's not specifically aimed at sleep, but I have learned over the years that calming and relaxing my mind, and trying to focus on the present moment, will actually help me get a better night's rest.
My main issue was overthinking whenever I tried to sleep, so If I can use techniques to calm myself and relax during the day I should be able to sleep better at night. A win-win I guess.
