I've been listening to these videos for more than 3 years.i love how people are dropping such warm comments..i used to think they are fake, but over the years i understood the community is real..fighting our battles together! Its a good feeling...these videos helps me cope with the anxiety i feel when i go to bed. But the panic when I get up in the morning is yet to be managed..getting better everyday!! I am unsure if you yourself will ever read this Jason Stephenson, but I want you to know how you’ve impacted mine, and now my almost 10 year old daughters lives.
I have listened to you for years and you’ve helped me manage some very hard times with your words, that in itself I am so deeply great full for. I have always had my daughter listening to meditations as she falls asleep, I have done since she was a baby, all of which have been agar appreciated of course 😊 but over the past few months she has requested some of the meditations I listen to and I have had her listening to you. I found this page after another I loved disappeared and I found I like this page more. Nothing against the other page very good stuff as well but I'm now homeless paying weekly on a hotel room and been stressed out and can't calm my brain and body enough to get rest and found a few of these on this page and I fall asleep in bout 5 minutes now so helpful.
