With every breath, the old moment is lost; a new moment arrives. manifestation.guide We exhale and we let go of the old moment. It is lost to us. In doing so, we let go of the person we used to be. This meditation is, curiously enough, my most reliable 'sleeping medicine'. Even when not sleepy it will put me under in 3 or 4 sentences. Once I was in the process of sharing the link & accidentally started the video I began yawning the moment I heard Sara's voice. Many of the other meditations here have themes that I find distracting. This one, short as it is, accomplishes trance almost instantly. I keep my Android next to my pillow at night, trigger the video, and go off to dreamland. I literally did not know the later content of the script until about a year after beginning to use it.

This actually works because I woke up at 3+am and turned this on as I had trouble falling back asleep and I fell asleep after listening to this meditation 😊

Edit: this situation happened was when I was 11 but I am older now and I am still listening to this

I work long shifts and have a hard time settling when i get into bed. I find this exercise brilliant! After doing the breathing for a few minutes I am knocked unconscious.

Started doing this meditation at my wits end. I was suffering mentally emotionally and financially. Didn’t have a job. Started August 2019 and it’s now April 2020 I have had a job since November & got another job
