Ready to improve your mental wellbeing this spring? Here are 5 SIMPLE habits to implement into your routine! 👇🏻
⏰ Set goals that align with your values. If you haven't quite locked down what your values are, I challenge you to start there!
🚶♀️Take 10 minute mental health walks at least 2x a week
📚 Schedule 15-30 minutes each day for some alone time
🔌 Set your phone away from your sleep area. Set it on its charger 30-45 minutes before you head to bed!
📔 Journal daily (I know this one can feel difficult but you have to find a journal method that works best for you! I've highlighted a handful of options on my Youtube video: 5 Best Journals to Help Improve Mental Health. Click the link in my bio to check it out!
