Extraordinary person reading this, you are not define by your circumstance or your past. It’s not what happened to you that determines your success in life; it is how you deal with those circumstances that determines your success in life! You are strong, you are capable and practice forgiveness and gratitude everyday. This will change the course of your life forever! Love you always and I believe in you wholeheartedly ❤️- Nat

Just focus on positivity and not letting anyone get to you. I've just started a grateful journal this year. It changed my perspective so much

MY WAY:

1- Home workout only even for 10 min ( every morning)
2- Take a morning COLD shower ( every day )
3- Meditate at least for 10 minutes ( 2 times a day )
4- Be aware and just smile ( every moment )
5- Don't judge any thing ( NEVER JUDGE NOTHING )

Praying helps gratitude. I thank God for different things every day; it’s incredible how much I never realized I had.

#Paych2go has always been my therapy everyday. Let’s take a moment to appreciate all the hard work put into these videos. These aren’t just videos but therapy, information about mental health and the perfect things to calm the mind down so you can think.

Thank you #Psych2go for all of this.

"Make today amazing:
Smile in the mirror
Say hello to a stranger
Listen (really listen)
Eat slowly
Dance
Have a good belly laugh
Say "I love you"
Give a hug or two
Count your blessings."
- Katrina Meyer

Have a nice day everyone ❤

These are great, although I think the first one should be called “redirecting focus” vs “positivity”. Our culture has so much toxic positivity- like fake it until you make it, just think positive and it will get better… that I think sometimes we don’t stop to acknowledge just how hard something is. We feel pressured to “just be positive” that we don’t allow ourselves to feel what we are truly feeling. I agree that redirecting our focus is important while also knowing it’s okay to not be positive all the time. ♥️

I've tried journalling(had a blog) for some time and it really helps to understand yourself better and get rid of some thoughts. Also I try my best to think positive, but for me it's really hard because of self-esteem issues and maybe social awkwardness. As for other things, reading/listening to something interesting always distracts and calmes me down.
To everyone who's struggling with any kind of problems, know that it's all in your head and only you can make it better! So keep trying, you're not alone💛

I have done pretty much all of these at some point over the last few years, as taking care of my body is super easy. I’ve journaled a few times as well, and practiced gratitude too. Meditation is one of my go-to coping strategies for when my anxiety gets to be too much, and I’m _very_ connected with nature! And as for positivity, I’m working on that. I’m not quite there yet, but I will _certainly_ be an optimist someday!

FOR THOSE WHO ASK ME ABOUT MEDITATION :

The secret of meditation is not trying to do anything.
Don't wait for your mind to be in silence.
simply be there and pay attention, just so you notice your sense of being.
And you should know you already a sense of being. It's not something you should to bring or learn, You born with it, it's within you.
Don't even try to become a being or to stop your thoughts. just don't engage with anything.
Listen and pay attention.
The more you practice the deeper you get there.

BE PATIENT ..

Please ask me if you have other questions 😊

Hello to whoever is reading this, I hope you're doing well. If not, don't worry, you're not alone. Things will get better. I need some advice. So lately I haven't been doing well, my exams start from tomorrow and I really can't be negative around this time because my mental health will affect my productivity. I've been crying and feeling like crap and I'm not enjoying things as much as I did before. Any advice on how I can go back to my normal self?
