Building flexibility and mobility is VERY important to getting the most out of every training session. So in this video,, we will take you through a quick full body mobility routine that will help relieve any joint or muscle tension you may be feeling. This is a great routine to do on a rest/recovery day or before/after a workout. Give this routine a try and let us know how you feel afterwards!

Week 2 Day 6: So far, I did this one twice today. The HIP + T-SPINE ROTATIONS were my main focus. By the start of week three challenge, with some TLC, I will be feeling 💯 and ready to put in the work. WE GOT THIS! 💪🏽❤💪🏽

Week 2, Day 6: Down and done!! YAY!!!🎉🎊Surprisingly I did this one yesterday when I could not complete the FINISHER!! Felt so nice I had to do it twice. Until Monday, goodbye and goodnight!!

Week 2 day 6!!! I needed a little bit more to my workout today so I went back to the “need a bit more” section of yesterdays workout and did the 10minute no rest before I did this stretch video! Thank you for y’all motivation and hard work y’all put into these videos!

2nd Week done. Great way to loosen up. I did a lot of manual labor today so the “recovery” day was not as much recovery as I’d like. Regardless, the workouts over the last 2 weeks have really had an impact that I can feel. I know that a large part of it is the variation in workouts the keeps things fresh.

Week 2 day 6 of celebration challenge 11/5/22. This mobility stretch felt great after a long day of Christmas shopping and a two mile walk with my dogs. This was extra good because I always feel like my hips and back could use a good stretch!! Can't wait for week 3!!
