In this workout you are training with me, Sydney Cummings, owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. I use my knowledge from my NASM certifications, bachelor’s degree, nursing school experience, and my elite athletic background to lead you through workouts designed to make you a stronger, more balanced athlete. I have been doing Sydney's workouts for 4 years now. During Covid I created a workout space in my garage and I've never looked back. I cancelled my gym membership because why would I drive there when I can workout with Sydney without going anywhere. I am constantly challenged with her countless challenging workouts. They're all so great. She explains what she is doing and how we should be doing the exercise to maximize its benefits better than any instructor at my gym. I am now 66 and going strong thanks to this amazing woman.

I crushed this workout at least for a second time on Friday, 9-1-2023! I loved this style of this programming! And I know you'll love Sydney's fitness equipment and apparel as much as you'll love her and Dustin's exercise videos.

Gurllll! When I saw 30 minute upper body, not gonna lie—I thought this was going to be easy. But like.. when are your workout videos ever Easy. Whether it’s 30, 45, 50 and whether it’s cardio, strength, legs, upper—it does NOT matter. I’m always challenged and in a pool of sweat lol. I LOVE this upper body because I felt the burn 🔥 in the muscle groups I was supposed to!

I committed to doing this whole series for the month of September with you! I’m going to the beach at the end of September and I trust that I’ll be looking good when I go. I’m an avid gym goer—I use all the machines but I actually prefer working out with you!!! 😍😍😍
