Hi Harold I've been watching you for a long time and always wondered what do you eat on a day-to-day basis and so far this would be the only video that I can actually understand what you eat in a day. Is there any way you can continue to do videos like this that show what you eat on a daily basis put things in perspective. Your videos really encouraged eat healthy but I would like to really know what to eat everyday some ideas.
