The timing is actually wild, I’ve been losing direction with my training, I used to do a push pull legs split when starting but later on the year I wanted to do more movements rather than just pushups pull ups and squats.

Could you make a video on how to structure your workout like if you should skills and plyometric first or middle

I do full body split, Mondays are mandatory and the skills I train in between are dragon flags and handstands pushups.

Legs include pistol squat(free, weighted or bosu ball), weighted calf raises, box jumps and leg press

6ft 180lbs began the year at 172

also i'm 13 right now and i want to get bigger and stronger. all ive been doing is abs legs hitt cardio and upper body which i followed your edited routine for the upper body. i did calesthenics with this guy who made youtube workouts about them but they felt ineffective. However i cant do a pullup yet and can only do normal pushups pike pushups sort of and russian pushups . is there a way you can do calesthenics with only push exercises and still be effective where you can buid muscle and get bigger then pls it would be a great help if u could figure that out for me that would be a great help and also love your videos

Any help for scheduling my routine, gonna be starting boxing again most likely Tuesday Thursday, I also run Thursdays and Saturdays about 15k or more across both, Im changing from PPL 5/6 times a week to full body 3x a week I just need help with reps and sets for exercises as I can never find the perfect balance with boxing and gym
