I do full body 5x a week. Push-ups, dips, pull-ups/chin-ups, leg raises, squats, and calf raises to failure for 2 sets. but ima try this out for like one or two weeks

the problem with push day then pull day after 24 hrs is that you work your upper back with dips so you don't give enough rest for your back the same with chest when u do pull ups and australian pull ups, complicated but i think ppl can give you more results with high volume workout that makes you still sore for 72 hrs at least .

I do full body 5-6 days a week because I’m addicted, But I haven’t noticed any problems yet.

What I do is Mon Thur arms, Tue Fri core, and Wed Sat legs, and Sunday appreciate gains

Bro what about macros??? I'm going bodyweight crazy rn because I just can't get into the gym rn but I'm 230 and I'm not trying to lose any of that I'm actually trying to find away to make more gains using bodyweight alone.. I need all the help you guys got..

i triyed this workout and it not for me my workout is like this 3 times a week i do pull up dips push up bar tricep extension and rows pick push up and 2 times legs in a week can someon tell is this workout split is good

Been wanting to do it since I have a lot of shoulder pain and using the squat rack or benching actually worsens it for some reason but I’m fine doing body weights. It’s wierd
