Welcome to this Astral Projection Guided Meditation, designed to show you how to astral project with ease. I will guide you to a state of mind awake body asleep using yoga nidra (also known as non sleep deep rest or NSDR). Once you're in this state of deep conscious relaxation, you will guided through a simple exit technique to have an out of body experience (OBE or OOBE).

ASTRAL PROJECTION GUIDED MEDITATION | HOW TO ASTRAL PROJECT

This astral travel guided meditation takes you through a classic OBE technique, called the drift or float technique, using the yoga nidra method I learned on Ally Boothroyd's Transformational Sleep course.

My voice will fall away after about 30 minutes of guidance, allowing you to immerse yourself in whatever experience you are having - whether it's deep relaxation, a full out-of body experience or deep sleep.

The astral projection guided meditation can also be used as a sleep meditation as my voice will not bring you back and you are free to drift in a state of deep sleep.

This is astral travel meditation technique is set to the sound of waves that I recorded on a beautiful beach in Sai Kung, Hong Kong. It’s more effective with headphones. I created it by special request - a fellow out-of-body explorer asked for a track set to nature sounds and another asked for the drift technique with another background track, so I combined these two requests into this video!

This as a little reminder to always ask for what you want! This video is a combination of two requests from very regular viewers who reached out and asked! One wanted a track set to nature sounds and the other wanted the drift technique with different music. He said he’s had 20 successful OBEs using my drift technique video. So, I combined those two requests into this one video. I'd love to know if you enjoy nature sounds too? I recorded the waves myself on a beautiful beach in Sai Kung, Hong Kong. Enjoy :)

I was blessed to fall into a lucid dream and briefly found my soul mate spirit guide! She was walking past me on a beach pier and I instantly recognized her. I lightly touched her arm and asked, “where are you going?” I got a good look at her face and we embraced for a good beautiful pure moment. She then whispered something in my ear I heard more clear than someone right in front of me that I’ll not share and then I woke up. Thank you for this gift 😢 your voice was so hypnotic and beautiful and that yoga nidra was no joke (never tried before). I hope your day is full of love and life.

I managed a full lucid dream where I felt myself slowly sitting up and out of body. Something distracted me and I fell back in. It's such an amazing feeling when you get completely out.

I had my closest experience to an obe today and it was amazing. I was deeply relaxed then I felt like I rolled over onto my stomach but I was still on my back when I realized what had happened. I’m about to try this meditation again and see what happens.

I have aphantasia and it is not easy for me to get into meditations for that reason. I always loved yoga and the idea of closing your eyes and seeing something but I can only do so in my (very vivid) dreams. Please make a guided astral projection or lucid dreaming video where the experience is more based around what you can feel (the grits of sand on a beach)! I would be forever grateful

Rosalie, I’ve been in a place of hurt since my wife passed away 1-12-20 from kidney cancer. I found a podcast that talks about spirituality and just over 3 years i forgave myself for my wife’s death. I wanted to learn meditation and the correct way to do it so I searched for what seemed like a never ending process, until I found your channel. You’ve talked about what some may hear, and for me it’s happened twice but the sound reminds me of a train going by me and well I should’ve got on it but I assume I’m too excited because it is something I will experience when I practice. I just wanted you to know that what you’ve created so far has been the best I can understand for someone who knows diddly squat about is it the right way or not. It’s working just fine for me. I do have that expectation, but I’m positive it will come when I’m actually ready. I’m patient in that way. I can’t wait to try this one when I get home. Working 2 jobs makes me so exhausted, but I’ve made time to do 1 1/2 to 2 hours of meditation that you have. Most of the time I crash right out, but then there are times I get that warm fuzzy feeling like my blood feels like it’s moving faster. Hard to explain there. You have a wonderful smooth voice and I believe that helps me get in the right mindset. Wonderful program you have. Thank you for taking the time to create it all for everyone. Take care!

So I’m lying there, the energy sensation always begins in the right arm(fingers). Then the left one, and I feel both my hands trying to float away as if they are trying to escape. But my legs head and chest are heavy and don’t want to follow? Idk I satay in this position for 20min and then my arms fall back down. What am I doing wrong? I just started trying this. Does it take more time?

Ok I keep trying but:
1. I don’t remember any dreams at all( wake up and nothing)
2. Dreams I do remember are only during naps during day

So I will try rn 3AM💀
And I will try later as a nap.

So here’s the thing: never really believed in this stuff, never had anyone that had any experience of such before, however, I want to stronglybelieve in this, bc, I’ve been using this & a meditation video I found & combining yours & theirs together w beats (the hemisyncing technique) & I really have been hitting the vibrational states a lot. Clear things up, I’ve been flipping between those different methods/not running them together anyways…. Using this one, again, I hit the vibrational stage a lot-quite a bit, so… how do I snap out of this? I’m getting close-want to believe, bc, that last one I got huge-massive tingles/numbness-that’s not how you explain it, but, it’s the same thing/we are on the same page. Anyways, point being, I’m close any suggestions?

My eyes feel like they are being touched an if i stay relaxed they open is this normal and what should i Do. This happens if think close before the projection

So good! I have the urge to swallow. I’m hitting hypnogogic quickly so I think it’s okay but feel that the urge should be dropping off. Ideas?

If your'e in bed wanting to AP it's going to be harder because you're conditioned to sleep there. Try in a comfortable chair or sofa
