I dont have time for this - I call them out on their BS on the same platforms they use to intimidate. So if Susan is gonna send a passive aggressive email copying all the managers Im gonna reply to Susan and copy in the same managers. For example, I have a workshy colleague that gets away with shitting on other people. When she intended to shame me on email, I directly replied and reminded her in the same condescending child like tone what her role is to the activity. The problem with these people are is that they will attack in public because theyBET on you being too passive, conservative or concerned with other people's thoughts to rebut or confront them.
