How to INSTANTLY Shutdown Passive Aggressive Comments

A few months ago I received an unhinged message from an extraordinarily angry woman, let's call her Patty. She complained about everything I said and did in a video, and ended it 'feedback is a gift.' What she was giving wasn't feedback thought. It was a passive aggressive trauma dump. I responded to Patty with the exact same question I use with any passive aggressive comments that come my way - the simple question in this video.

thing about a lot of passive aggressive people is that they’re being passive becausee they don’t want it to be obvious that they want to be hurtful so they’ll easily deny and gaslight what do you do then ..?

“Listen. I’m going to tell you one time and one time only. Don’t disrespect me or I’m going to report you to HR.” Will make Eveyone uncomfortable and be awkward but will give you hell of witnesses, put their back against the wall and have them tip toeing from then on, and make anyone else think twice about messing with you.

The best way to deal with stuff is blunt and to the point.

I usually just walk right up in rheir faces and ask them what their problem is and stare them down until they get nervous and start to back away. It shows them that you are dominant and you will take no crap from them.

You know what I ignore all this petty behavior especially when you at work. I don't respond to foolishness. I do my work and go home. 9 times out of 10 people that do this petty stuff at work are fishing for a response. I completely ignore them and not let them see me sweat. They want you to get caught up in a net and then the next thing you know you will be out of a job. They don't want you there because you shine!

Genius 🙏 leaders build leaders! They do NOT tear down. Often times their kryptonite is looking in the mirror. Can be used with gossip too, flip it to make them examine themselves.
