Standing Yoga Flow For Balance - 15 Minute Lower Body Focus

Practice this quick, standing flow to improve all around balance and flexibility.
Begin with a gentle warm-up, stretching the side body and moving the spine in all directions. The main sequence consists of standing twists, warrior II, reverse warrior, triangle, pyramid, balancing warrior III, revolved standing hand to foot and chair pose. Options are given for different levels so that the postures meet you where you are.
Cool down with seated hip and hamstring stretches, forward folds and twists. The class ends with a gentle reflection with affirmations.

Music is included in this class.

I had practiced in the past, attendinng classes once a week but often there were long periods when I lapsed. Since I’ve found your channel I rarely miss a morning practice. I’m so grateful for you! First time I have actually done Yoga in a while. I have POTs and it makes it impossible to exercise, (like I used to) and I could do this without feeling like I would pass out. I'll be doing more of your videos, or maybe just repeating this video until I feel confident enough to move on. Thank you!

thank you so much! i feel much better now, calm, yet energized. came straight from the upper body focused practise.
also loved the affirmations at the end. i much more often feel betrayed and/or frustrated with my body when something is not working than feeling thankful for everything that is working. so that was a really good reminder :)
