I keep returning to this workout, although I'm still unable to complete some of the moves due to extreme stiffness - I am getting better over time, this is my morning favourite.

I had acl surgery a week ago and couldn't find a yoga video that was manageable. I did modify a few of the lower body poses but overall could do most of it and feel so much better.
